Pat & Jim’s Italian Wedding Soup Mix
Available in large only (makes 8 cups)
Preparation Instructions – items needed:
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs (your choice)
- 2 TBL parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
Remove spice bag from the soup packet and combine with all the above ingredients. Form into tablespoon size little meatballs. Set aside.
Bring 8 cups of water to a boil. Add remaining contents of soup packet and return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add meatballs and continue cooking for another 20 minutes. Stir often to prevent sticking.
This soup pairs well with our new Quick Bread or Cheddar-Garlic Beer Bread.
