Mini Chicken Pot Pie Soup Mix
Available in large (makes 8 cups) or mini (4 cups)

Preparation instructions – items needed:
- Chicken (optional-canned, rotisserie, cooked or turkey)
Whisk entire contents of the soup pouch and the spice packet into 4 cups of cold water. Stir continually while soup is brought to a boil. Add 4 oz. of chicken or turkey if desired. Reduce heat to simmer for 45-60 minutes or until peas are tender. Stir occasionally to prevent scorching.
Serving suggestion: Serve with crescent rolls or puff pastry.
