*New Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
Preparation instructions – items needed:
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick) softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
Pull out the bag of sugars and chocolate chips from the cookie mix bag. Beat softened butter with bag of sugars until smooth. Add egg and vanilla and mix thoroughly. Add remaining dry ingredients and mix until combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Place on cookie sheet using a small scoop. Bake at 350° for 8 to 9 minutes. Let cool on baking sheet for 3 minutes before moving to a cooling rack. Makes about 36 cookies.
Suggestion: Immediately after removing cookies from oven, sprinkle a small amount of coarse kosher salt on top of warm cookies. Enjoy!
