Pancake Mix (Simple, Perfect and Delicious)
Preparation Instructions – items needed:
- 2 large eggs
- 1-1/4 cup milk
- 3 Tbsp butter or oil
Beat eggs and milk until light and foamy. Stir in butter or vegetable oil.
Whisk dry ingredients. Then gently and quickly add wet ingredients. Some lumps are ok. Allow to rest for 15 minutes. Heat on a medium heated griddle. Yields 1 dozen 4-1/2 inch pancakes.
