Bonnie’s Cream of Jalapeño Soup Mix  (VT)

Available in large only (makes 8 cups) – Vegetarian Soup

Preparation Instructions – you will need:

  • 6 cups cold water
  • 2 cups half and half or heavy cream (fat free half and half can be used)

Add 6 cups of cold water and 2 cups of half and half or heavy cream to a pot.  Whisk dry ingredients slowly into pot.  Put on medium heat and continue stirring until soup comes to a gentle boil.  Turn heat down and simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

This is the soup for you IF you love jalapeno peppers. Perfect blend of cheese and jalapeños – so smooth going down.
