Description

Million Dollar Milestone Minestrone Soup Mix (V, VT) 

Available in large only (makes 8 cups) – Vegan/Vegetarian

Preparation instructions:

Whisk contents of spice packet in 8 cups of water.  Add remaining ingredients.  Bring to a boil.  Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.

Serving suggestion:  sprinkle with grated or shredded parmesan cheese.  Add salt to taste. Serve with warm Motown Soup’s Garlic Beer Bread!
