Shiitake Mushroom with Wild Rice Soup Mix (V, VT)
Available in large only (makes 8 cups) – Vegan/Vegetarian Soup
Preparation Instructions:
Begin with 8 cups of cold water, add the spice bag and whisk until well blended. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 45 minutes to one hour.
Consider adding: 2 tablespoons of sherry the last 10 minutes to enhance the flavors.
Blended nutty flavor of wild rice with shiitake mushroom caps and spices.
